3.1 Age Requirement. Access to s36bet is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. s36bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
Strict Age Policy: It is a serious offence to misrepresent your age when registering for gambling services. s36bet will take all reasonable steps to verify member ages and will cooperate fully with any relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) s36bet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. Members must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and must update their profile promptly if any information changes. s36bet may suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the s36bet platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. s36bet makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Members accessing s36bet from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.
4.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their s36bet login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 s36bet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from s36bet requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.3 Members are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. s36bet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
4.4 In the event of suspected unauthorised access, Members must contact s36bet support immediately. s36bet may place a temporary hold on an account pending security investigation.
5.1 Accepted Methods. s36bet accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected. s36bet does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. s36bet aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to successful verification checks.
5.4 Verification Requirements. s36bet may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include proof of identity and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
5.5 Fund Source. All funds deposited to s36bet must originate from payment accounts held in the Member's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
6.1 All bonus offers and promotions made available by s36bet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms set out in this section apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. s36bet reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and to close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements is identified.
6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times by any means constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, s36bet will attempt to resolve the issue by reference to available game logs. 7.4 s36bet reserves the right to void any wager placed following a technical error that results in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed. Members will be notified of any such voiding and refunded the wager amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s36bet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
Breach of any prohibited activity provision may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant legal or regulatory authorities where applicable.

9.2 Members who wish to apply a deposit limit, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion may do so directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

11.2 s36bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, even if s36bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 s36bet's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
s36bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of material amendments via registered email or a prominent platform notification. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated.
Continued access to and use of the s36bet platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of those amended Terms. Members who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
